- How do I know if you have the product I am looking for? Can I send a picture?Click the search icon on the website and type the product name, you will find what you want, while products unavailable will be displayed as OUT OF STOCK.
- Can I send a product search to your team?YES, you can send the image of a product you want that is not listed on the site to our official whatsapp. You can also upload on PILLBOX.

- What payment methods can I use?Several payment methods are available on our website, including Bank Transfer, Cards, etc Feel free to choose the option that you are most comfortable with.
- Can I pay on delivery?No you cannot. Only complete payment for products and delivery validates your order.
- How is the delivery fee calculated?Delivery fee is calculated based on receiver’s location and weight of products, Any changes as regards delivery or delivery fee will be passed across to you through your contact info.
- I made a payment on the website, how do I know if it was successful?Paystack confirms payments automatically. Check your email for notifications.

- How do I order a product I saw on social media?Visit the site, use the search icon in the filter to find your products, add to cart, view cart, Input address and then follow checkout instructions.
- In a case of refunds, How long does it take to get my refund?Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1–7 working days.

- Order CancellationIf you decline to pay the correct fee, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order because we cannot ship your order at a loss.
- DeductionBecause we have already incurred non-refundable processing charges to receive your payment and our staff has already begun picking and packing your order, your refund will be issued, minus the standard cancellation fee (₦1,500 or 3% depending on order value)
